Success is often determined by much of the things we are like to avoid. The best agents test their businesses regularly and identify areas to analyze. These are six habits I see large agents that avoid – and what they are doing instead.
Trying to do everything
Confucius once said that: “A man expelles two rabbits that they have called.” Which means the lack of focus is rarely leading to success. Many new agents have time at the beginning of their jobs when they do everything. They treat hiring. They show houses or condos. They drive an hour without their biggest market to show home. But Great Agents finally realize that wealth is really in your yourstices.
They understand that the professional business of the experts or special business types are better use of their time and is ultimately better in hope. The Great Agents find a special place and have the best in the area. This can be a local farm or specific type of customer.
The key is that they see that that’s very much better, they have to work well. This information leads them to them avoiding the snare of trying to do everything.
