NAR’S SHERRY CHRIS Takes Standing, Forwarding Its Sale To Keep Put

Turning off the piece of the episode, Chris bends to her retirement decision and work directly with NYKIA Wright.

Sherry Chry: I met Nykia at the end of the summer of 2024. I was really drawn to his power, intelligence, apping wit, and love for what he wanted to do. And I thought I’d like to stand aside. My role is right now, but it is important. To rebuild the relationship with the greatest doubts and stakeholders of public companies associated with NAR.

Diego Sanchez: Various problems facing nar is well written by Household and other housing news companies. How have you guided Nkia in these first few things according to the challenges that boost?

Chris: Three weeks, I touched many people. I was in the headquarters in Chicago today and we have several meetings that were stopped – some in man, some have other participants. We just keep going to meet them and listen. We both admitted that listening was the first number. Then prepare and move forward in a constructive way of two.

Sanchez: How do you think you can take other opportunities under a dual agency?

Chris: I think the full disclosure begins. Whatever kind of transaction, the consumer and agent need to understand how transactions will be possible.

Sanchez: The Realtor’s Realtor organizations and locations have been requested to comply with their national membership and National NAR membership. NAR is actually fewer laws on this issue, too. Why do you think realtors should join their local country and national organizations?

Chris: NAR has first three buckets help members. Code of Conduct and Code of Conduct at a time like this I believe it is very important.

The second number is representative. Or three weeks before, wisdom is very important. It is almost one of the secrets kept well in NAR. One of the things I would like to reveal that secret and make sure you are known to all the people I’m talking to. It is very important and the Advocacy party worked hard for what they do.

Thirdly is the complete support provided by the National Association.

Chris: I think about these merchants and organizations wanting to change and I wonder why. If they listen to this podcast, let us give us the opportunity. Don’t do anything yet. Let’s give the opportunity and see how we can all work together.
