ONEPATH Realty may be a private company, but it’s common practice to post big numbers. The Miami-based brokerage has closed $1.77 billion in sales since Gilbert founded it in 2018. That number includes $187.2 million in foreclosed home sales in 2024 alone, a total of 312 units.
Gilbert also brings leadership experience that goes beyond his brokerage. This leader is still serving as a member of the Zillow Agent Advisory Board starting in 2021. In addition, Gilbert served as president of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) and the governor of the residence Miami REALTORS. According to his LinkedIn, Gilbert was also a salesperson for RE/MAX Advance Realty from 2015 to 2017.
Adding Gilbert and ONEPATH Realty furthers eXp’s efforts to expand its growth trajectory through 2024, company leaders said.

The move follows a trend of hiring by eXp Realty this winter. In late December, the company hired Kris Caldwell and The Apollo Group, a leading manufacturing group based in Colorado. eXp Realty also added star agent Joshua Smith in recent weeks.
