PC maker Lenovo posts 22% jump in revenue, top estimates by Reuters
BEIJING (Reuters) – Lenovo Group Ltd (HK:) posted a 22% rise in profits in its second fiscal quarter from a year ago, as the global personal computer industry showed signs of recovery.
The Chinese technology company reported revenue of $17.85 billion for the quarter ended September 30, beating analysts’ expectations of $15.997 billion according to LSEG data.
Net profit came in at $359 million, compared to analysts’ estimates of $331.69 million.
