Vegan slow cooker chili

This recipe is great because it can be prepared in the morning and eaten in the evening.

Start the evening with a black-eyed pea and navy bean dip. This can be pressure cooked in the morning while DW is taking a shower

and cut up a green onion (I found a few in the fridge), a regular large onion (basket on the counter), jalapeno peppers (didn’t have any, so I improvised and took out the vinegar/killer pepper). bottle of bitters), a handful of corn (from the fridge). All this will add a large can of diced tomatoes and cook slowly for 8 hours. Spices you can add are oregano, chili powder, and cumin. You should have twice as many beans as tomatoes. Half as much corn as tomatoes and about as much onion as there is corn, maybe more corn. Spices according to taste. Try it! Cutting vegetables doesn’t use water, so you won’t take away DW’s shower pressure and that way he won’t be angry when he comes out of the bathroom (like all those times when I start the laundry right after DW gets up because I know the noise won’t wake him up – see , I begin to consider
