Before the final approval hearing on Nov. 26 regarding the proposed NAR section resolution, DOJ attorneys are considering a provision that would require written agreements between buyers and agents prior to visits.

Judge Stephen R. Bough approved the antitrust agreements reached with the National Association of Realtors and HomeServices of America on Tuesday afternoon.
