Luxury agency The Agency is expanding its ancillary services through a partnership with title and escrow service provider Langdon Title. Together, the two companies have launched an affiliate title agency called EastWest Abstract, the company informed Inman.

The collaboration will provide Egency’s New York-based clients and real estate professionals with a convenient, full-service experience, the brokerage said, and increase transaction efficiency.

The partnership will enable faster and easier communication between title agents and real estate agents, customized services for buyers and agents alike, and a unified overall customer experience, the companies said.

In late September, the Agency also launched its related mortgage brokerage, Aclara Lending, in partnership with Barrett Financial Group. A real estate firm’s primary services include relocation, escrow, appraisals, insurance, home warranty and other services.
