Alexander’s brothers have been denied bail on sex-trafficking charges
Things go wrong for Oren Alexander at lightning speed. The new lawsuit was filed Thursday in Supreme Court of the State of New York accused a former real estate agent of raping an unnamed Jane Doe while her cousin, Ohad Fisherman, held her and her twin brother, Alon Alexander, watched.
The appeal was filed hours after Oren and Alon were denied bail after they and their brother Tal Alexander were arrested on Wednesday on three counts of sex trafficking. In accordance with The real deal, the brothers were held overnight at Miami’s TGK Correction & Rehabilitation Center.
The brothers have previously denied the allegations of sexual abuse, and lawyers have indicated they plan to deny the federal charges.
Tal Alexander has not been named in the new lawsuit. Although Fisherman has been mentioned as part of the alleged assault, he has not been named as a defendant.
The new complaint contains allegations that have become very familiar to the Alexanders. The plaintiff claims she met Alon through a dating app Bumbleand invited him to a luxury residence for a “barbeque and pool party” in Miami on New Year’s Eve 2016.
When the woman arrived, she saw that she was the only guest, and within minutes the twins were arguing about who would be the first to rape her. Oren then began punching him as Fishman grabbed him, the complaint said.
The complaint does not say anything about the behavior of the defendants, saying that “they do not treat women as human beings, but they intend to fulfill their dirty, violent desires.”
The complaint is one of many victims who spoke to various media outlets and federal prosecutors who arrested the three brothers on Wednesday.
Tal and Oren Alexander were once prominent real estate brokers in New York and Miami, representing wealthy clients including hedge fund manager Ken Griffin, The zealots CEO Michael Rubin, rappers Kanye West and Jay-Z, and ex The NFL quarterback Tom Brady. Alon Alexander is an executive in a private security company founded by his parents.
In March, two women filed sexual assault charges accusing twins Oren and Alon of drugging and raping them, and the Alons published disclosures. The New York Times In June, she revealed a number of women with similar stories.
According to the indictment filed by federal authorities on Wednesday, the brothers drugged and sexually assaulted the women since 2010, with similar behavior dating back to their high school days.
