Recruitment efforts have been strong Real BrokerageGrowth efforts in 2024. And the digital brokerage scene continues to grow this week with another organization.
Real announced on Wednesday the merger of Houses in ROVIbrokerage operating in the New England states of Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island, as well as Sarasota, Florida. After this step, 150 agents joined the Real platform and strengthened its presence in the ROVI areas.
ROVI Homes arrived on the scene in 2015. The CEO Steve Rovithis founded the company to offer agents and clients alternatives to “traditional franchise models.” Since then, ROVI has not only increased the number of its agents but has accounted for $2 billion in domestic sales, according to Real.
ROVI gained national recognition and by landing on the Inc. 5000 of the fastest growing private businesses in the US for both 2020 and 2021. ROVI also uses specialized technology and services, including listings and job consultants.
“ROVI Homes represents everything we value at Real – an innovative approach, an outstanding track record and a culture of collaboration. “Steve and his team are the types of professionals we are looking for on our team as we continue to grow,” CEO Sharan Srivastava said in a statement.

Rovithis praised Real for its focus on technology and education.
“The original culture, technology platform, comprehensive training program and commitment to ensuring that agents have long-term wealth building opportunities are completely aligned with who we are and what we’ve built,” he said.
Rovithis began his career as a consultant after graduating from Trinity College. The vet later treated five 21st century offices in Western Massachusetts and manage 100-plus agents. He launched ROVI Homes in 2015. Rovithis also teaches real estate as an adjunct professor and hosts a real estate show on iHeartRadio.

ROVI Homes isn’t the only big addition Real has made in recent months. In November, the platform added 400 agents Amerivest Realty to strengthen its presence in four regions. Real may reveal further expansion plans in 2025.
