Christie’s founders are Sereno talking friendships and business partnerships

:: The answer to that question goes back in 1976, when Ryan and I were ten years old. We were young children living in Saratoga, at the time of the type of agricultural community. We met along the road and stimulated friendship.

We were very sad. Ryan was Skateboarder. He built a half microphone on his road. His father did not love you so much. And I was a growing person.

We postponed that as suppliers and management in years before we received our original company by using high roles. The air presented by Sereno was the same as well as the same spirit as Ryan and I saw in 1976, when we had children.

At the level of hearts, where that ability occurred, and I both knew that this was the guidance we needed to go.

WANOGA: Our career and the leadership group was very difficult. They have built a wonderful shape. They are very wise business people, but they live from the heart and have a good spirit.

Ved: What benefits do you really see is the owner of the area rather than part of a larger business building?

:: The way in which the Real Estate Agents are partnering with customer customers that travel with health transitions and key changes. And, then, the nature of the relationship is related to relationships and their owners and leaders. That was our experiences like agents in the first company we had at the beginning ’90s.

And then, there had been a lot of purchases and had some kind of different location where there were a business sense of business, which instructed us a lot. However, there are other restrictions according to local decisions.

Ved: Tell me a bit with your hiring plan. Do you start as a boutique type?

:: Sereno’s Heart and Soul of Company. It’s DNA. It is something that keeps agents; It’s something that drains agents inside, right? Christie’s is Christie’s product – one of the worldwide luxury that can basically submit any market and people know what it is. That kind of opportunity we think we bring.

Ending a conversation, a group evaluates important lessons of leadership over the years of the business.

:: At the top of the mind, honor is more important than being loved. And that is difficult because the Real Estate people are in popular interest.

WANOGA: I think it’s time for me, we understood the importance of humility, is it? Leadership is about understanding, empathy and finally making decisions based on the proper action.
