New York City brokerage Coldwell Banker Warburg has expanded its footprint with a new office in the Dumbo neighborhood of Brooklyn, the company announced Thursday.
The office is within the Two Trees Management co-working space, which has an industrial design, and an open concept, the brokerage said. The company will have its own dedicated loft with desks, a pantry and other facilities, all within a large co-working space.

The new office will serve as a satellite of the firm’s Manhattan location, Coldwell Banker Warburg said, with a dedicated team to support operations and growth strategies. The Dumbo location will also feature a separate creative space for agents and buyers that will allow them access to media production and personal branding services.
