In its race against other brokerages to add agents, eXp Realty scored big in California.
The Prime Real Estate Team leaving a white-label brokerage Side and taking its 21 agents to eXp. Led by the husband and wife team of Angelica Galeana Yost and Robert Yost, the group serves the Sacramento and Folsom areas of Northern California.
Robert Yost is a 19-year veteran of real estate, and Angelica serves as a team leader and director of growth.

In accordance with RealTrends is verifiedthe team generated $126 million in sales volume across 211 products by 2023.

eXp is one of the few national businesses that is adding agents and teams at a rapid pace. In September, Company CanZell Realtyoperating in 20 states, has joined eXp and is based in New York Grand Lux Realty.
Brokerages have been under the gun since National Association of Realtors settled antitrust lawsuits against it in March for $418 million. New data from AccountTECH shows that large brokerages are more financially sensitive to any decline in commissions than smaller brokerages. This is often due to the large cost burdens tied up in office space and central administration.
eXp saved itself another headache this week by settling commission charges for $34 million.
