Every year, Santa’s elves diligently make toys for all those children on Santa’s “good” list. This holiday season, a new team of “elves” has changed focus, giving the Claus family a wonderful makeover.

Revive Real Estate, a redevelopment services company, has taken on the challenge of modernizing the North Pole residence while maintaining its comfortable aesthetic, the company informed Inman.

Michael Alladawi, CEO of Revive, elaborated on the delicate balance of the project, “Bringing a 200-year-old home into the modern era is no small feat, especially when it’s the home of Santa and Mrs. We approached this project with the same spirit of care and holiday spirit that Clauses brings to Christmas each year.”

“From maintaining the beauty of their signature wardrobe to adding a touch of modern magic, this has been an exciting experience for our team,” he added.

Revive renovations include major renovations to the kitchen, living and dining areas, mail room and Santa’s bathroom.

Mrs.’s dream kitchen. Claus features a custom black and bronze French Lacanche range, Denali quartzite countertops and pine green cabinetry — perfect for baking Santa cookies and preparing holiday treats.

“This kitchen is a source of holiday cheer,” says Revive’s Head of Interior Design Rebecca Denis. “From baking elves cookies to preparing Santa’s favorite mashed potatoes, Mrs. Claus can do everything in style.”

The elves’ dining room also includes a stylish accent, complete with reclaimed hardwood floors and a rustic stone fireplace to host warm gatherings.

The dining room seats up to 10 people or elves.

Santa’s busy mail room – where billions of letters are sorted every year – is now decked out in festive flowers, frosted windows and organized shelves to keep the holiday chaos at bay.

“Every corner of this building has been designed with Clauses’ needs in mind,” said Denis. “Our goal was to create places that are as magical as the season itself while making sure they work for Santa’s busy life.”

Santa’s bathroom, on the other hand, has a glass-enclosed shower and double vanities with snowy views that add a luxurious touch, perfect for relaxing after a long night of delivering presents.

“Santa and Mrs. Claus have brought so much joy to the world, and this renovation is our way of giving back,” said Dalip Jaggi, COO and founder of Revive. “We hope their updated home inspires others to create spaces filled with love, laughter, and holiday magic.”
