Headquartered in Austin Keller Williams expanded its presence in Wisconsin. The brokerage announced this week that it has added a Milwaukee-based Homework Collection A group of houses. The deal brings 15 agents and more than $60 million in annual sales to Keller Williams.
Housework will join Keller Williams – MKEmarket center in Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin. The team has a strong track record of multi-billion dollar sales revenue, accumulating $118.5 million in sales volume and selling 326 units in the past two years. In 2024 alone, it closed 182 sales for $64.1 million.
Real estate investment advice also fits into Houseworks’ wheelhouse of services. Its company leadership says that “with the right guidance, anyone can use the power of real estate to build wealth and secure their future.”
Houseworks’ team of 15 agents falls under the direction of founder and owner Charlie Hutchinson, a 12-year veteran of Milwaukee real estate who has handled 750 transactions. In a statement, Hutchinson described his company’s return to Keller Williams as a major re-alignment with its core values and goals.
“Our decision to return home to Keller Williams is based on alignment – alignment with our vision for the future, our values, and our desire to lead the Milwaukee real estate market in innovation, service, and growth,” Hutchinson said.
“Simply put, Keller Williams offers the perfect combination of resources, culture, and opportunity to grow our team,” he added.
The Keller Williams deal isn’t the only organization Hutchinson has his eyes on. Household chores will also come together Jay Schmidt Groupanother team based in Milwaukee was leading the area Metro MLS with a sales volume of eight years.
“This transformative partnership strengthens the legacies of both groups as we join forces to create a single powerhouse united by shared values, a passion for excellence, and a desire to lead the real estate market in Wisconsin and beyond,” said Hutchinson.
Keller Williams is focused on growth and expansion heading into the new year, despite legal and other challenges.
In late November, the brokerage added Shanan Steere to lead leadership growth efforts. Before that, the KW Integrity The market center is integrated with the New Jersey-based Clearview Realtybringing in $225 million in sales by 2022. Keller Williams has more than 1,000 offices and 169,000 agents.
