Last week he saw the best stock of shares in the UK, the FTSE 100Hit the highest record. But is the height of all time makes it a good time or bad that starting in the stock market started investing?
To answer that question, it is important to understand a broad context.
What is the index – and not
The index contains some shares – in the case of FTTS 100, the shares in the 100 London list has a major market value (and meets other requirements).
That means representing a piece of market (although important in the case of FTSE 100) not everything.
This can be seen by comparing different performance of FTSE 100 (13% over the last five years) with that FTTE 250 Index of smaller mammals (decreased at 5% at the same time).
In addition, as companies with increasing capital letters enter the maximum list and adequate members are postponed to FTTE 250, there is a built-in.
That would mean FTSE 100 Hosting a high record does not mean 100 companies in the last five years have done well as a signal.
Why do I buy out one’s stocks
It may seem less confusing. But making money in the stock market is a serious thing!
You may see some of the potential investment in those investing in FTSE.
But if the investor bought better shares, not dogs, he may pass out FTSE 100 – with an important price.
I would like to buy single stocks and not a clue as I think it gives me an opportunity to pass the stated indicator. That is not a simple goal.
That turned me back to the first question, if it is now a good time to just learn from the stock market first buying stocks.
The answer is – depending on. But onto it what are you?
For someone to start investing now (or at any time), what is the achievement or failure that may not be done by FNS 100. Which shares do you prefer to buy and how much do they pay for.
Hunting bargains even if FTSE rides high
So although FSSE 100 has been in the highest quality, I think that some shares can be available for investment.
Example Appropriate for Additional Survey Im & g (Lese: Mng). FTTE’s 100 Property Manager is a well known name of millions of customers. That is, as it helps to make it different from competitors.
The company works in the market with a great need. I think it is possible to always be so late.
Another danger, such as M & G shares, that the company has seen the customers that release more than the first part of the past year. If the practice goes on, the advantage may be damaged.
In the meantime, IM & G is still about 15% under its 12-month elevation – and produces 9.7%.
