Nelrez President Baron Silverstein about customer maintenance and technology

Silverstein: It has been a challenge, but also fun. It’s fun. The borrowed housing industry continues to set new challenges but also a new winner and newly interesting ways in all our industry. Our way has passed in purchase and multilingual growth. In all different obstacles we had, bringing us closer together our team together.
SANCHEZ: In 2024, the newrez was built primarily for acquisition. In 2025, is Im & A will continue to bright in your strategy to grow or do you go to the other side?
Silverstein: We will continue to look at all kinds of opportunities for us. There is no reason to not look for opportunities in the marketplace – whether it is the opportunity for service, origin or technical. We will look at each of those to the level that we feel is to create our business.
The following, the conversation changes to the entrez service business.
SANCHEZ: Newrez has a great deal of service to us with the 755 billion of dollars in the main balance balance. But he has spread trading efforts, wholesale and Direct to-Consumer. How do you set forward between these different business lines?
Silverstein: Providing service has always been focused, and I think the first place is the first place. The market has been clearly changed to harvest the service from the vision of interest rates. Rithm, including its discovery of different businesses, has been providing focus.
In the original businesses, one exceptional receivables, have different channels of how to impress our business. We look at each member of origin that we think where we find the biggest alpha at that time. We should not be very big, and talk about this in many different places.
To eliminate the discussion, two examine the newrez technology strategy and how it affects customers.
SANCHEZ: Is your 2025 technical road map focused on AI, or are there any other parts of your technology strategy that you would like to talk about?
Silverstein: Definitely no. Wee Salesforce As our Great Partner, and as a merchant. Also, there are many different programs that we continue to continue throughout the year 2025, and they have been our best partners as we continue to build.
But the main focus will be in the digital toolbar, and how we think digital tools allow that to do so and make it easier for our customers to contact us. Therefore, it is not focused on Ai. There are many important things that we have in technology.
