Found a meeting with the Realtor. So what?

He spent two weeks ago doing social. You sent your text, followed the phone and now arrived with a suitable meeting with the building agent from the whole town. Deep breathing, take a step back, rest. No need to go out trying to find out what you will say when you meet in person. You’re not talking. Believe it or not, it seldom care for your service, your products, your repentance times or your company. That person is on the other side of the table you want to talk. They want to listen. That person has their caution and needs to fall down. If you don’t, then they will not open their hearts to let them love you. If they don’t like it, there is no way they never trust.
Here’s what you do. He enters that meeting as a burning attached journalist to the interview with a person who agreed to meet you. You need truly care to get to know and work with curiosity. Now you don’t get me bad, you are selling. But on a limited basis. And only when you see opening.
Here are 10 questions all the Loan Origitor that needs to take in their first meeting and RealTorian partner:
- What did you do before properties?
- What do you like most about being Realtor?
- How was it last year for you?
- What are your goals this year?
- What is one favorite of your preferences doing well?
- What do the lenders wish for the lenders who have been doing better?
- Is it crazy thinking that if I help you sell another additional home a year I should have in your group?
- Can you be opposed to let me be tested for a part of your team?
- Can I get you from passing your next to your next buyers to complete the examination?
- How would you like to follow closely with you by discussing ways in which I help homes that love homes?
The key remember that you need to do 30% listening with 70%. When you speak, you should ask this question, ask yourself their answer and occasionally share a story that allows you to make a commitment over similar experiences. Next time you are being appointed and an agent from the whole city, make sure you bring these 10 questions and you and the witness is how it is easy to find the person you talk to when you allow them to do most of them.
