The Best Green on Monday announced the release of three major products – the expansion of its Artificial Intelligence (AI) assistant, the launch of the Scenario Optimizer, and the free availability of Investor Pricing Insight for investor customers.
“Each of these newly announced updates helps our customers respond to changing market conditions faster, more clearly and accurately,” said Joe Tyrrell, CEO of Optimal Blue, in a statement. “From loan officers to secondary marketing teams and investors, we empower mortgage professionals with tools designed to maximize their profitability in every loan transaction.”
The announcements were made at the MBA Annual in Denver.
Optimal Blue has expanded its lineup of AI-powered assistants available within the CompassEdge hedge and trading platform with the introduction of Position Assistant and enhanced Profit Assistant functionality. The updates come just months after Optimal Blue introduced three AI-powered assistants to help secondary marketing teams better manage risk and monetize real-time data insights.
Position Assistant provides mortgage lenders with daily information about changes in their risk exposure by automatically summarizing the top drivers that impact their mortgage pipeline positions, the company said. Profit Assistant’s daily data overview has been updated with a “monthly view of key profit drivers that allows users to quickly assess performance.”
Optimal Blue said the addition of the Scenario Optimizer to its pricing engine will enable loan officers to quickly identify optimal borrower scenarios by automatically comparing loans.
The software company’s Investor Pricing Insight data solution is now available for free to investor users. Optimal Blue also introduced new functionality to the solution that allows investors to benchmark their non-QM sheet values against other investors in real time.
