LONDON (Reuters) – Britain’s Princess of Wales, Kate, has said she has completed chemotherapy to prevent cancer, saying the treatment has given her a new perspective and made her grateful to simply “love and be loved”.

Kate, 42, the wife of the heir to the throne Prince William, underwent major abdominal surgery in January which revealed cancer and has been undergoing treatment since then.

She made her first public appearance this year in June at the annual military parade to celebrate King Charles’ official birthday, then attended the Wimbledon tennis tournaments.
