The filing is the latest in a lawsuit filed by Side in October against the brothers and legal partners. The party claims that the defendants breached the contracts between the two parties which were extended in August 2022.

The complaint states that Official Partners and the brothers agreed to pay the principal amount and interest on the loan, and that Side should be paid other damages related to legal fees and litigation.

The Official Partners and the Alexander brothers have been called to court but they have not filed anything in this case. The defendants could not be reached for comment. The party did not respond to requests for comment HousingWire.

Once considered stars in New York City, Official Partners and Alexanders were hit with three lawsuits this spring that accused the brothers of sexually assaulting more than 30 women.

In March, Rebecca Mandel and Kate Whiteman sued fraternal twins Oren and Alon Alexander on separate allegations of rape. Tal Alexande is not a defendant in these cases.

In July, Tal Alexander denied allegations in a lawsuit filed by Angelica Parker that accused her and her younger brother Alon of feeding Parker while Oren watched. This incident is said to have happened in 2012.

At the end of June, Tal and Oren Alexander took leaves of absence from Official Partners. Oren’s New York and Florida real estate licenses are no longer valid.
