After a four-year hiatus, the Four Seasons Hotel New York – owned by Beanie Babies creator Ty Warner – is re-opening its doors. The hotel is reinventing itself as the most expensive hotel in town, with prices up to $80,000 per night for its luxury Ty Warner Penthouse suite, The New York Post report on Thursday.
Starting today, Warner’s temporary residence will be available for rent on Manhattan’s Billionaires’ Row in Midtown, an area known for its wealthiest residents and high-end luxury buildings.

The exquisite interior includes handmade mother-of-pearl walls by American artist Nancy Lorenz, bronze leaf-and-vine-to-floor ceiling bookcases by French sculptors Claude and Francois Xavier Lalanne and a glass chandelier by Deborah Thomas, according to. on the hotel’s website.
